Holguin Collection ("we", "us", "our") is an interior design studio and construction management firm based in Miami, Florida, serving clients across South Florida and Colombia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through holguincollection.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic anonymous usage data.
Information you give us

Form submissions are delivered to our own mailbox by email. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which devices they use. Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregate data to us; we cannot identify you personally from it.
We also record when a visitor clicks through to our external shops (Amazon, Instagram), so we know which collections generate interest.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. The only cookies set are those placed by Google Analytics for measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the providers that make the site and our correspondence work:
- IONOS — website hosting and our email service, which processes and stores messages sent through our forms.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage measurement.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Links to other sites
Our "Shop" links take you to third-party platforms, including our Amazon storefront and our Instagram profile. Once you leave our site, those companies' own privacy policies and cookies apply, not ours. We have no control over how they handle your information.
Amazon storefront and affiliate commissions
Our Amazon storefront operates under the Amazon Influencer Program. When you buy through those links, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you. Amazon is the seller of record for anything you buy there and handles your payment, delivery and returns under its own terms.
We do not receive your name, address or payment details from those purchases. Amazon reports only aggregate, anonymised performance data to us — for example how many items were ordered — never who ordered them. Amazon’s own privacy notice governs what it collects once you leave our site.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries and questionnaires are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project plus the period our accountants and insurers require. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings. If you would rather we delete your enquiry sooner, just ask.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop contacting you.
Write to sales@holguincollection.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live — for example Florida, elsewhere in the United States, Colombia or the European Union — you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to our mailbox. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details or identification numbers through the website forms.
Children
This site is intended for adults engaging professional design and construction services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of this page.
