These terms govern your use of holguincollection.com, the website of Holguin Collection, an interior design studio and construction management firm based in Miami, Florida. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site presents our work, our services and our design packages. It is informational. Nothing on it — including package descriptions, indicative pricing, portfolio projects or the contents of our Design Studio, Construction Management, Models and Hospitality pages — constitutes a binding offer, a quotation, or a professional recommendation for your particular property.
Enquiries, discovery calls and questionnaires
Submitting the contact form, booking a discovery call or completing the design questionnaire creates no obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. We may decline a project, and you are free to walk away at any point before a contract is signed.
Please give accurate information in those forms. Recommendations we make during a discovery call are preliminary and rest on what you have told us; they are not a substitute for site measurement, survey, permitting review or professional inspection.
Packages and pricing
Our lifestyle design packages — Blue Label, Silver Label and Black Label — and services such as the Design Day Experience and Diseño sin Fronteras are described in general terms. Inclusions, availability and prices may change without notice, and vary with the size, location, condition and timeline of a project. Prices shown anywhere on this site are indicative and are confirmed only in a written proposal.
Portfolio images
Photographs of completed projects show work delivered for specific clients under specific budgets and conditions. They illustrate our approach; they are not a promise that a comparable result can be achieved for a different property, budget or timeline. Furnishings, finishes and products shown may no longer be available.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, project imagery, layouts, graphics and the Holguin Collection name and logo — is owned by Holguin Collection or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or use our images or text commercially, or present our work as your own, without our written permission. Design concepts, drawings, specifications and selections we prepare for a project remain governed by the contract for that project.
External links and shops
Our "Shop" sections link to third-party platforms, including our Amazon storefront and our Instagram profile. Those platforms are operated by other companies under their own terms and policies. Purchases you make there are contracts between you and that platform or seller, not with Holguin Collection, and we are not responsible for their products, pricing, delivery or customer service.
Affiliate disclosure. Our Amazon storefront operates under the Amazon Influencer Program: we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases you make through it, at no additional cost to you. This does not change what you pay, and it does not change how we select products — we link to pieces we would specify for a client. Amazon, not Holguin Collection, is responsible for those transactions.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to harvest data from it by automated means.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may become out of date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the website itself.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on general information published here rather than on written professional advice obtained for your project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the rights and obligations set out in a signed project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
